- A staff member will contact you to see if you qualify and to schedule a phone interview.
- Before the phone interview, you will receive a package that contains a consent form and a kit for providing a saliva sample.
- Before beginning the interview, a staff member will describe the study to you and answer any questions you have.
- You will be asked to provide your consent on a web-based form.
- You will complete a 1-3 hour telephone interview.
- After the interview, you will mail your saliva sample and signed consent form to us in a postage-paid package we provide.
- Once we receive your saliva sample, we will email your $75 electronic gift card to you.
